Introducing HTT's NEW audience response system (with keypads that glow in the dark!).

For those not familiar with these systems basically this is how they work.

Give everyone in your audience a keypad.

Display a multiple-choice question on a screen.

Ask everyone to respond by pressing a button.

and then present the results.

That, essentially, is it.   Although you can actually do a lot more than this.

To date these systems have been difficult to use and have needed a technician to operate them. This has made them an expensive addition to most conferences and therefore have primarily been seen at those occasions with more lavish budgets.

HTT plans to change all that and make this technology affordable and effective for even the smallest of meetings. We know from experience that the vast majority of people use this technique as a simple way of counting votes, or a way of easily counting, what is in effect, raised hands. Because of this we are offering a package that does simply that. As a consequence no technician is needed to set it up and run it and no training is required for the user. This way we can keep our costs to a minimum and massively cut the price that you would normally pay for the service.

We also recognise that there will be occasions when you will want to do more than this so we have developed a presentation package based on Microsoft's PowerPoint giving all the facilities and flexibility that goes with this software. Because this is not so simple to use we will supply the technical skills to run the system during your conference.
